Nova Nannies in Dubai is seeking a warm, energetic nanny for a one-year-old boy. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–7:00pm, with live-in or live-out arrangements. Start within two weeks.

A lovely British family relocating to Dubai are looking for a warm, energetic nanny for their one-year-old son, starting within the next two weeks.

He is already walking and used to being outside two or three times a day, so this role suits someone genuinely active. The days will be full of play, walks, reading and age-appropriate activities that help him learn and develop.

The family are looking for someone with a Western European approach to early childhood, ideally with relevant childcare qualifications. Excellent spoken English is the most important requirement, as clear communication matters enormously to this family. Warmth, patience and real experience with toddlers are essential.

Candidates already based in Dubai are preferred, ideally with good knowledge of the city and confidence arranging playdates and outings.

The Role

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 7:00pm. It includes preparing healthy meals for him, and occasionally for the family, along with light housekeeping connected to the child and the home — laundry, tidying toys, loading the dishwasher and general tidying.

The family are moving to Dubai Creek initially, though the exact area may change once they arrive. They will be based centrally.

Dad will be off work for the first two weeks, so there will be a proper handover period to settle the right person in.

Both live-in and live-out arrangements are considered. The right person matters far more to this family than the arrangement itself.
