Job summary

WAZAF HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Nanny for a nursery in Sharjah, UAE. The role involves supervising and caring for children, assisting with feeding, hygiene, nap times, and classroom activities, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Candidate duties include supporting teachers, preparing snacks, and following nursery policies. Accommodation and visa arrangements may be provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• Supervise and care for children at all times
• Help children with feeding, drinking water and basic hygiene
• Assist with diaper changing and toileting routines (if required)
• Support teachers during classroom activities and playtime
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment (classrooms, play areas, toys)
• Help children settle during nap time
• Ensure children's safety and report any concerns to the teacher or supervisor
• Support in preparing snacks/meals and serving children
• Comfort children when they are upset and provide emotional support
• Assist in receiving and dispersing children during arrival and departure
• Follow all nursery policies, safety guidelines and hygiene standards
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings when required
