Position: Muslim Nanny/Governess
Location: Dubai

A private family in Dubai is looking for a professional experienced Muslim Nanny/Governess to provide attentive care and developmental guidance to their four young children aged 2 4 5 and 7.

Position Overview

Type: Live-out
Benefits: Visa sponsorship and health insurance provided
Languages: Fluency in English required; Russian is preferred; Arabic is a plus
Driving: A valid driver’s license is an advantage
Compensation: Starting at 15,000 AED per month negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: 6 days per week (6/1); working hours are flexible and may be adjusted to align with the family’s needs and the candidate’s availability

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide age‑appropriate care and developmental support tailored to each child’s individual needs
  • Ensure the safety, well‑being and emotional security of all children at all times
  • Support the academic growth of the older children during after‑school hours
  • Create and lead stimulating and engaging activities for the toddlers during school hours
  • Plan and implement educational and creative play for all age groups
  • Foster language skills with an emphasis on English; familiarity with Arabic is a plus
  • Escort children to extracurricular activities and social gatherings
  • Maintain daily routines that support healthy emotional, physical and educational development
  • Collaborate effectively with the parents and household staff to ensure a cohesive environment
  • Communicate professionally with the family offering regular updates on the children’s progress
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience caring for children preferably in private household settings
  • Warm, well‑educated and able to deliver meaningful learning opportunities
  • Energetic, physically active and hands‑on in caregiving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verifiable references
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team‑oriented approach
  • Discreet, respectful and mindful of family privacy
