A leading facilities management company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Soft Services Specialist to oversee daily performance of soft service providers and ensure quality service delivery. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, including 1 year in a supervisory role within a high-traffic public environment. Applicants should be qualified in a relevant discipline at diploma level and an associate member of a recognized body. The company offers a dynamic work environment.
The role of the Soft Services Specialist is to oversee the day-to-day performance of soft service facilities providers and contractors to the museum, liaising with their management and duty supervisors to ensure effective and efficient resource management, provision, training and monitoring the quality of services provided.
Support the events management team to ensure on-site events are supported by FM providers to facilitate smooth set-up and delivery.
Ensure external provider compliance with all museum policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness and COSHH.
