Position: Multi Technician (HVAC+Plumbing / Electrician)

Contract Details: Full-time

We are a leading FM company in UAE and we are currently seeking a Multi Technician with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. As a Multi Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in buildings - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Repair and replace faulty parts and components as needed - Install new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as per specifications - Ensure compliance with safety and building codes - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work - Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service - Train and supervise junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Good physical condition and ability to work in various settings (e.g. heights, confined spaces) - Valid UAE driver's license - Good communication and customer service skills - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus
