Job summary

Al Marwan Developments is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across real estate properties and office facilities in the UAE. The role requires responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a safe, clean, and presentable environment at all times.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (preferred), basic English, and knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 12 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles.
• Basic English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Trustworthy, punctual and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas and common spaces.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas.
• Refill cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue and sanitizer as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, corridors and building premises.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are serviced regularly.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and as instructed.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks when required.
• Support in maintaining hygiene standards across multiple locations.
