Job summary

Bybit is seeking an early-career multidisciplinary creative to join our team as a video editing and motion graphics professional. You will handle editing, animation, and storytelling across campaigns, collaborating with designers and leads to deliver high-quality content.

The role emphasizes proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma, plus a strong showreel. You’ll contribute to a global, fast-moving creative environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in both animation and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work with and animate designs created in Figma.
• Strong visual judgment across typography, composition, timing, movement, and transitions.
• Good understanding of storytelling and the ability to build a complete video, not only individual scenes.
• Familiarity with modern AI creative tools and workflows.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both editing and animation capabilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently within creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality video and motion content from brief to final delivery.
• Animate typography, graphics, product visuals, UI elements, and campaign assets.
• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and storytelling.
• Work confidently across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Use AI creative tools for ideation, storyboarding, asset generation, video generation, and creative experimentation.
• Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
• Respond to feedback efficiently and maintain a consistently high standard of execution.
