Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks a Project Manager to join our Wellhead and Skids Solutions team in the UAE. You will lead modular skid projects including Wellhead Control Panels and Pressure Regulation Systems, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background with 5+ years of project execution experience, strong leadership, risk and vendor management, and excellent stakeholder communication. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years overall experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication or project execution.
• Minimum 5 years of PM experience specifically handling modular skid projects and large-scale fabrication/manufacturing projects.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the UAE with strong familiarity with the local project execution environment.
• Strong planning scheduling cost control resource management and project information management systems knowledge.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing detailed project and manufacturing execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within approved budget, quality standards and defined timelines.
• Develop detailed project and fabrication plans covering resources, activities, milestones and deliverables.
• Plan and manage fabrication activities aligned with project specs, drawings, schedules and quality requirements.
• Monitor project costs, progress and resource utilization to ensure adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Quality, HSE and other stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Track milestones and resolve issues affecting progress.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specs, quality requirements and contractual obligations.
