Overview

Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of the spa, gym and surrounding areas to create a welcoming and sanitary ambience for guests. Assists in maintaining all operational devices and performs tasks as directed by managers, contributing to the overall promotion of the resort's spa and health club services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Record crashes, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager; complete safety training and maintain required qualifications.
• General cleaning of all areas; deep cleaning around the location.
• Maintain all operational devices and complete tasks as guided by the Spa/Recreation Supervisor and managers to support the resort's operations.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines of the spa/recreation facility.
