Job summary

No Competition Infinity Gaming L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled 3D artist to create high-quality characters, props, and environments for mobile games. You will model, texture, rig, and animate assets, and build complete game scenes optimized for Unity.

The role requires strong Unity lighting knowledge, URP shaders, and a portfolio showcasing both realistic and stylized art. You will collaborate with developers to ensure assets meet mobile performance constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience with realistic and stylized game art.
• Understanding of Unity lighting, materials, shaders, and URP.
• Experience optimizing complete game scenes for Android and iOS.
• Experience working within mobile game performance and memory constraints.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous game-art work.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D characters, props, buildings, and environment assets for games.
• Handle character modelling, texturing, rigging, skinning, and animation setup.
• Design and build complete 3D game environments.
• Create optimized, game-ready assets for Unity.
• Produce PBR materials and textures using Substance Painter and/or Substance Designer.
• Optimize models, textures, materials, LODs, and draw calls for mobile games.
• Maintain the required visual quality while working within mobile performance budgets.
• Collaborate with game developers and designers to integrate 3D assets into Unity.
• Troubleshoot, improve, and optimize existing 3D assets when required.
• Ensure assets meet both artistic and technical requirements for mobile platforms.
