Job description

This role offers the opportunity to architect, develop, and deliver cutting‑edge mobile & web applications while working closely with clients and leading talented developers.

Experience: 9+ years (4+ years in mobile development)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cross‑platform mobile apps using React Native or Flutter
• Build user‑friendly, responsive web interfaces with React.js
• Develop backend services using Node.js / .NET Core / Java and create robust REST/GraphQL APIs
• Architect end‑to‑end scalable and secure solutions integrating frontend, backend, and third‑party systems
• Implement modern UI/UX using CSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design principles
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and APIs
• Ensure quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest, Cypress, Appium)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps
• Lead and mentor mobile and full‑stack development teams
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients—requirements, updates, demos, and PoCs
• Deliver client training, documentation, and solution presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years in full stack development
• 4+ years in mobile app development (React Native / Flutter)
• Strong expertise in React.js, state management (Redux/Context API)
• Backend development using Node.js, .NET Core, or Java
• Hands‑on experience with responsive design, CSS frameworks, UI/UX best practices
• Cloud & DevOps exposure – Azure, AWS, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins
• Database experience – SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ORM frameworks
• Experience with testing tools – Appium, Detox, Jest, Cypress
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries (HIPAA/GDPR knowledge is a plus)
• Added advantage: Knowledge of Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Vue.js, Angular
