Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes to lift and move materials, equipment, and machinery as per project requirements.
• Should have heavy tractor (8 no. license) minimum 3 years old.
• Inspect crane equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and identify any defects or maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Interpret load charts, lift plans, and work instructions accurately.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.
• Communicate effectively with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors.
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and local legal requirements.
• Monitor weather conditions and site safety before and during crane operations.
• Maintain records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
