Role Overview

Our client isseeking a talented Hybrid Mobile App Developer with hands-on experience in both Flutter and React Native to join their in-house development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building cross‑platform mobile applications that are performant, secure, and user‑friendly. You'll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver seamless mobile experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Flutter and React Native
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usage across platforms
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with OWASP Mobile Security Guidelines

• Conduct manual and automated testing across Android and iOS devices
• Manage end-to-end deployment of apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including provisioning, signing, and listing

• Write and maintain unit tests and ensure high code coverage
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in mobile app development
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and React Native
• Experience with Android Studio, Xcode, and platform‑specific deployment processes
• Experience with TypeScript, Dart, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with iOS and Android platform guidelines and deployment processes
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, OWASP, and mobile app security
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mockito, Flutter Test)

• Proven track record of publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play and Apple App Store

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps workflows
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience integrating mobile apps with cloud platforms (Azure or OCI)
• Exposure to enterprise‑scale or government‑related projects is a plus
