Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an experienced cloud infrastructure engineer to architect and deliver Kubernetes, Kubeflow, OpenStack and Spark based solutions. You will implement on-premise and cloud deployments, gather customer requirements, and demonstrate Ubuntu Pro and AI/ML capabilities to clients.

You will develop Kubernetes operators and infrastructure-as-code using Python, work across the Linux stack, and partner with sales to meet business targets while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering, MLOps, or big data solutions deployment.
• Practical knowledge of Linux, virtualization, containers, and networking.
• Intermediate level Python programming skills.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
• Professional written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
