Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our technology enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of endpoints across the globe. We are the substrate that provides the source of truth for time-sensitive decisions, effectively transforming the way that militaries close kill chains and enable mission autonomy.
The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our customer accounts. Based out of our regional hub in the UAE, our team owns customer relationships across the GCC. We work side-by-side with operators to deploy our Connected Warfare products in support of their missions. Because the problems we solve are uniquely challenging, our team members naturally gravitate toward finding solutions, navigating hurdles, and doing whatever it takes to ensure mission success.
We are seeking an ambitious, hands‑on Mission Operations Specialist to lead the deployment, user training, and day‑to‑day operational success of our Connected Warfare products in Kuwait.
Based out of our UAE office, you will be the primary technical and operational bridge to our Kuwaiti defense and national security customers. This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground in Kuwait up to 50% of the time, working directly with end‑users, setting up tactical mesh networks, integrating sensors, and ensuring our command and control (C2) software performs flawlessly in the field.
This is an execution‑focused role designed for a highly capable, technically minded professional ready to take immense ownership of a key GCC defense account.
