This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies and three years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in biotechnology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluency in both English and Arabic while possessing excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, achieving KPIs, and adapting to market challenges.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Product Specialist in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.
• Relevant industry experience, ideally in biotechnology and/or pharmaceuticals, preferably neuroscience.
• Great sense of ethics, integrity, and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs, meeting or exceeding financial targets.
• Create a pre‑call plan using SMART objectives and execute post‑call evaluations.
• Build trusted relationships and achieve win‑win agreements with customers.

Skills

Fluency in English and Arabic

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Practical knowledge and understanding of HCPs
