What You'll Do

You will be an integral member of the Middle East Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Manager – Localization, you will deliver expertise in areas including but not limited to Regional Localization requirements (Local Content/ ICV), month end, audit and treasury, and perform the following tasks:

• Local Content / ICV
  • Gain in depth understanding on the regional requirements
  • Co-ordinate the end-to-end entity level certification process and audits
  • Support and monitor applicable case requirements
  • Manage communications on updates, educate necessary stakeholders
  • Attend trainings, proactively build expert network, reach out to auditors and authorities for updates
  • Update calculation & communications with new knowledge and changes in the process
  • Review guidelines and identify any improvement opportunities

• Treasury
  • Support in preparation of banking documents and submission to the bank
  • Review and approval of bond applications
  • Oversight of monthly cash forecast process
    
• Accounting and Audit
  • Support in resolution of complex accounting matters
  • Support GFOS RtR team with month end and year end queries
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in various tasks relating to the month end and year end close process
  • Support the team with Interim and Year end audit requests

• Other
  • Support in system change implementation (SAP)
  • Manage Middle East external disclosure requests and work together with the global team to get the appropriate approvals
  • Support the Accounting Specialist with annual insurance renewal process
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

What You'll Bring

• Relevant bachelor's degree plus 5+ years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firm
• Professional Accounting Qualification preferred
• Internal or external audit experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English
• Ability of using data-based systems and report running
• Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Finance Manager - Localization, Accounting Manager and the Accounting Director as well as the wider Finance team.
