Skyleaf Consultants LLP in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a VP – Head of Middle East to define and execute the regional growth strategy across cybersecurity and risk services. This executive role carries full ownership of the Cybersecurity & Risk business in the region.

The ideal candidate will bring deep leadership, strategic vision, and a strong network with government, public sector, BFSI, energy, telecom, and enterprise customers across the Middle East, plus a proven ability to win

Qualifications

• 25+ years of enterprise technology and cybersecurity services experience.
• Proven leadership of large regional Middle East businesses.
• Track record of multi-million-dollar P&L ownership and profitable growth.
• Experience with cybersecurity services, managed security, cloud security, governance and compliance.
• Extensive CXO/CISO network across the Middle East.
• Experience building and scaling regional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional business strategy aligned with global growth objectives.
• Develop short- and long-term growth plans for the Cybersecurity & Risk business across the Middle East.
• Own and deliver regional revenue, bookings, and profitability targets.
• Build a strong pipeline through new logo acquisition while expanding existing strategic accounts.
• Lead CXO-level engagements across enterprise and government customers.
