To this direction, we are seeking an Integration & Security Test Engineer, reporting to the QA Lead.

Role Description

As an Integration & Security Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating integrations with third-party systems and ensuring that norbloc’s platforms meet the highest security and compliance standards.

You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and external partners to design, execute, and maintain integration and security testing procedures.

The role requires strong testing expertise, an understanding of security principles, and the ability to work across multiple complex environments.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and cases for system integrations with third‑party services and registries.
  • Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with QA peers and implementation team to ensure proper coverage of integration points.
  • Conduct regression and end-to-end testing across multiple environments.
  • Document and track integration and security defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain API documentation for testing (functional and performance).
  • Support penetration testing activities and coordinate with security teams.
  • Contribute to the development of automated integration and security test scripts where applicable.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in integration and application security testing.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with focus on integrations and/or security.
  • Proven experience in testing APIs, microservices.
  • Familiarity with security testing methodologies and tools (e.g., OWASP, Burp Suite, Postman).
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in Fintech, RegTech or enterprise SaaS and familiarity with blockchain‑based platforms or distributed architectures will be considered as a plus.
