Job summary

JobLeader in UAE's Zayed City is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. The role focuses on presenting merchandise attractively on shelves, stocking, rotating stock, pricing accuracy, updating stock info, and helping customers locate products. Strong customer service and English communication are essential.

You will monitor sales, adjust displays accordingly, and may assist customers with online or phone orders. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Understanding of basic retail principles.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is well presented on store shelves with attractive displays.
• Stock shelves, keep shelves tidy, rotate stock, and ensure correct pricing.
• Update stock information in the system and help customers locate items.
• Regularly monitor sales figures and adjust displays accordingly.
• Provide advice on merchandise selection and assist customers online or by phone.
