Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. This position offers a salary of 1000 and we are open to considering immigrants for the role. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's merchandise operations. This includes overseeing product selection, pricing, display, ordering and replenishment, promotional planning and tracking sales performance. Specifically, you will be expected to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to determine product selection and pricing.
• Analyze customer buying patterns and recommend changes in product selection based on sales trends.
• Develop promotional plans to increase sales volume.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple channels and adjust orders as needed.
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure proper display of merchandise in order to maximize sales potential.
• Track daily sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
• Create visual displays that reflect current trends in the industry and entice customers to purchase items from our store or website.
• Research new products or vendors as needed in order to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, the ability to work under pressure as well as experience working with computers (MS Office). Previous experience working in merchandising is preferred but not required for this position.
