Job summary

ShieldPro Protection in El-Ain is seeking a Merchandiser Supervisor to oversee our merchandising operations and ensure products are displayed effectively to drive sales.

You will lead a team of merchandisers, develop strategies aligned with company goals, monitor inventory, analyze customer behavior and market trends, and collaborate with the sales team on promotions and pricing. Occasional travel within El-Ain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or as a Merchandiser.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of merchandisers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotions, discounts and other marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
• Train new employees on effective merchandising techniques.
• Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, quantity and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data and expenses.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and incorporate new ideas into merchandising strategies.
