We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers through strategic merchandising techniques. This role requires someone with experience in the retail industry and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Visit stores and monitor display of products according to company guidelines
• Identify opportunities for product placement and promotions
• Create attractive displays to increase product visibility and sales
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure sufficient stock levels
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Develop relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth execution of merchandising plans
• Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling points
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the retail industry
