They will also need to work with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure that products meet all quality standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing promotional strategies and campaigns to maximize sales potential. They will also need to analyze data related to merchandise sales performance and make recommendations accordingly.

The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, as well as have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the situation. Experience in retail or merchandising is an added advantage but not essential.
