We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will work closely with our clients and customers to ensure that our products are displayed and marketed in the most attractive and effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer preferences
• Create visual displays of our products in retail stores to attract customers' attention
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for promoting products
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best prices for our products
• Train retail staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make suggestions for increasing revenue

Requirements

• Must be an Egyptian national living in Sharjah or willing to relocate
• Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate from a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Retail Management
• Strong communication skills in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking) is required; knowledge of English is a plus
• Proven experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
