Merchandiser - Ajman

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring merchandise is correctly displayed and labeled, executing store layouts as needed, and providing exceptional customer service. The Merchandiser should be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor product levels and report any discrepancies to store manager
• Develop relationships with assigned customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products
• Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, labeled, and priced according to company standards
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily cleaning tasks
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Execute store layouts as needed to ensure proper product placement in each store
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels
• Assist in training junior staff members on merchandising principles when necessary

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
