Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Merchandise Planner / Brand Executive to join our Buying & Merchandising team. The role focuses on end-to-end merchandise cycle, ensuring stock is available on time and in the right places while keeping inventory healthy.

You will coordinate with brands and suppliers, manage POs and shipments, monitor stock levels, identify bestsellers and stock-out risks, and support regular performance reporting across stores and channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandise planning, buying, brand coordination or retail inventory management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good Excel and ERP/POS system knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up.
• Strong communication and supplier coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock allocation, replenishment and consolidation across stores/channels.
• Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order creation and management.
• Maintain and regularly update shipment trackers.
• Coordinate with brands and suppliers on stock availability, orders, backorders and ETAs.
• Monitor sales, stock levels and stock cover to manage timely re-ordering.
• Identify bestsellers, slow movers and stock-out risks.
• Manage warranty and supplier claims through to closure.
• Coordinate closely with Buying, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance teams.
• Support regular stock and merchandise performance reporting.

We’re Hiring: Merchandise Planner / Brand Executive

We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Merchandise Planner / Brand Executive to join our Buying & Merchandising team in our company in Dubai.

The role will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end merchandise cycle, ensuring the right stock is available at the right place and time while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock allocation, replenishment and consolidation across stores/channels
• Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order creation and management
