Job summary

A leading construction firm in the UAE is seeking a skilled MEP Technician to manage the installation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, be detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting systems, conducting maintenance, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. This role requires good communication and coordination skills, and UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience as an MEP Technician in residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications accurately.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of MEP systems.
