• Prepare yearly Operation & Engineering budget for approval.
• Repair and maintain irrigation and sewerage networks.
• Prepare expansion & development plans for infrastructure.

Job description

Handle daily operations matters. Prioritize work as per needs & requirements. Prepare long term operation plan as per Management strategy & direction.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare yearly Operation & Engineering budget to be submitted to HOP & DGM for approval.
2. Repair and maintenance of DIP irrigation and sewerage networks.
3. Prepare expansion & development plan for DIP infrastructure; sewerage & irrigation to be executed on phases to meet future expected growth.
4. Follow up running projects with DM and RTA contractors.
5. Coordinate and monitor the performance of STP Operator.
6. Conduct regular audits to TSE water quality.
7. Monitor all illegal discharge & coordinate with DM EPSS for pollution violations by existing factories.
8. Responsible of annual maintenance for BWT pumps, irrigation pumping station, BWT Emergency.
9. Responsible of operation and maintenance of DIP ground water lowering system.
10. Maintenance of and cleaning of Green Community Lake.
11. Monitor TSE supply to DIP tenants and discharge excess TSE water to DM.
12. Responsible to prepare and implement rain mitigation plans within approved budget.
13. Responsible of the maintenance of DIP rain pumps.
14. Coordinate with appointed consultant for DIP main storm water network.
15. Handle assigned project as per HOP.
16. Coordinate with DIP finance department for irrigation water meters readings.
17. Responsible of maintenance and cleaning of DIP lagoons & existing storm water network.
18. Set and evaluate KPIs for all AMC contracts.
19. Evaluate contractors and vendors performance.
20. Perform any other duties as requested by HOP & DGM.
