Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, components, and coordination processes in building and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D models of MEP systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with other trade models to resolve design clashes.
• Prepare shop drawings and coordinate drawings as per project requirements.
