Zusammenfassung

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a BIM – Coordinator, Mechanical/Electrical & Revit Modeler to develop, manage and update coordinated MEP and BMS models using Revit and related BIM tools.

The role requires performing clash detection, resolving coordination issues with other disciplines, and producing model-based shop drawings, layouts and schedules while maintaining strict model accuracy and revisions in line with project BIM requirements. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, BMS, or electromechanical fields.
• Experience in BIM workflows and model coordination.
• UAE experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and update coordinated MEP and BMS models using Revit and BIM tools.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.
• Produce model-based shop drawings, layouts and schedules.
