Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in the financial or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and established sales methodologies.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi and Farsi; excellent command of English (B2+).

Responsibilities

  • Manage prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
  • Analyze client needs and present FinTech solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, lead negotiations, and secure contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and analyze KPIs.
