Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a senior finance professional to manage accounting for the Middle East regions, ensuring accurate records, timely closes, and compliant VAT/tax filings. The role requires extensive experience with multi-currency environments and GAAP knowledge, along with fluency in English and Arabic.

The successful candidate will lead accounting processes, collaborate with tax advisors, and support external auditors, while maintaining strong internal controls in UAE and KSA offices.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Qualified Accountant with knowledge of US GAAP or International GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting processes including GL, AR, AP and payroll.
• Provide timely monthly close and generate financial statements.
• Maintain revenue and cost forecasts and annual budgets.
• Prepare and file VAT and other tax returns.
