Job summary

Avanta Works in El-Fujairah is seeking a skilled Media Planner to develop and execute media plans across TV, radio, print, and digital channels. You will research audiences, negotiate rates, and optimize campaigns based on performance data to achieve client goals.

The role requires a marketing/advertising degree and proven planning experience, plus strong communication and analytical skills. This full-time position includes visa support and travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Planner or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• African nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research target audiences, media trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to set goals.
• Select media channels (TV, radio, print, digital) to reach audiences.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust as needed.
