Job summary

Michael Page International UAE is seeking a senior investment professional to join a privately backed European investment platform with media, sport and creator-economy interests. You will originate opportunities, model investments and support execution from deal origination through to closing.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years in PE/M&A, strong financial modelling, and a track record of working with founders and management teams in media or digital businesses.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience within private equity, principal investing, M&A or corporate development.
• Exposure to media, content, entertainment, marketing services or creator-economy businesses.
• Strong transaction execution and financial modelling experience.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, due diligence and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate investment opportunities across media and related sectors.
• Build relationships with founders, management teams and intermediaries.
• Conduct commercial and financial analysis of prospective investments.
• Develop financial models, valuation analyses and investment cases.
• Support transaction execution from origination through completion.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and external advisors.
• Prepare investment committee materials and recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and identify value creation opportunities.
• Support portfolio company management teams with strategic initiatives.
• Perform valuation, benchmarking and market analysis across investments.
• Assist with acquisitions, strategic projects and business reviews.
• Prepare management and board-level reporting materials.
• Manage multiple concurrent investment and portfolio workstreams.
• Work closely with senior leadership on investment strategy and execution.
