Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a highly driven and results-focused Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to lead our digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.

This is a strategic role for a performance marketing expert with proven experience in real estate advertising, audience targeting, and ROI optimization across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

Create and execute lead generation strategies tailored for real estate sales and marketing goals.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Conduct A/B testing to improve performance across audience segments, messaging, and visuals.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and lead quality.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Align digital marketing campaigns with the company’s overall sales and growth objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.

Proven track record in real estate lead generation and paid campaign management.

Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer).

Basic knowledge of creative design tools ( Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Fluency in Arabic is required.
