Dubai Health seeks a dedicated Staff Nurse for its Medical-Surgical unit in Dubai. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, implement care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, valid UAE nursing license or eligibility, and BLS certification. Expect a collaborative environment, ongoing education, and adherence to UAE regulations and hospital policies.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty.
Valid BLS certification.
Must hold a valid UAE Registered Nurse license (DHA, DOH, MOHAP, or DHCC) or a valid Eligibility Letter.

Mansioni

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Educate patients and families, advocate for their needs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Complete admission data records and document in electronic health records (EHR).
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving procedures as necessary.
Provide discharge planning and follow-up instructions for continuity of care.
