Job summary

Weld World recrute un ingénieur qualité Fournisseur mécanique pour soutenir la surveillance et le suivi qualité sur des sites de fabrication industriels, avec une grande autonomie sur site.

Le poste exige une expérience avec le soudage, le NDT et le revêtement, ainsi que la maîtrise des codes ASME et des audits ISO. Un anglais courant est nécessaire pour travailler dans un cadre international.

Qualifications

• Expérience significative en surveillance des fournisseurs et suivi qualité.
• Connaissance des codes et normes (ASME, RCC-M lors de projets similaires).
• Aptitude à travailler en environnement international et autonome.

Responsibilities

• Effectuer des inspections dans les ateliers fournisseurs.
• Suivre les points témoin pendant les phases de fabrication (KOM, PIM, soudage, NDT, peinture, FAT/SAT).
• Revoir et commenter les EoMR, procédures et livres de soudage.
• Gérer les non-conformités et assurer le suivi jusqu'à clôture.
• Participer aux réunions de démarrage / PIM.

• Nuclear: Supplier surveillance, quality system assessment, mastery of the RCC-M code and EDF specifications, monitoring of welded fabrications.
• Oil & Gas: Design, drafting of welding and inspection specifications, material selection, fabrication monitoring, quality assurance and quality control.
• Welding and NDT: Expertise across all welding processes (GTAW, GMAW, SAW, SMAW...) and testing methods (UT, RT, PT, MT...), compliance with RCC-M, EN 15614, API, AWS, ASME, DNV standards.

On behalf of our client, Weld World is hiring a Mechanical Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier surveillance and quality follow-up on industrial fabrication sites, working in full autonomy on-site.

This is for local standard long term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on supplier workshops assignments
• Follow up on witness point during manufacturing phases (KOM, PIM, welding, NDT, painting, FAT/SAT ect ...)
• Review and comment on EoMR, procedures, and welding books
• Manage non-conformances and follow up through to closure
• Participate in kick-off meetings / PIM

Profil recherché

Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the industrial sector
• Knowledge of welding, NDT, and coating/painting
• Proficiency in ASME codes
• Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) a plus
• Fluent English, comfortable in an international environment
