Job summary

F. Gheewala Human Resource Consultants is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for a major Oil & Gas facility in Abu Dhabi.

You will oversee mechanical maintenance activities, coordinate shutdown planning, and ensure safe, efficient execution of work. Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 3 shutdown projects, with hands‑on knowledge of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and valves, plus experience managing manpower,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience supervising mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and valves.
• Experience coordinating manpower, materials, activities and shutdown schedules.
• Oil & Gas plant maintenance and shutdown project experience.
• Minimum 3 shutdown project experience is mandatory.
