Job Description & Responsibilities
- Accountable for overseeing, monitoring, and coordinating the maintenance and commissioning activities of equipment, pipelines, and offshore facilities.
- Ensures operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively, in compliance with applicable standards, to support uninterrupted functionality and optimal asset upkeep, with experience in Static Vessels Overhauling.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks) and piping systems.
- Expertise in static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks) and piping systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning tools (CMMS such as SAP/MAXIMO).
- Strong understanding of corrosion mechanisms, welding, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanical engineering for gas turbine/compressor projects (advantageous).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience (minimum)
8–10 years relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience and Middle East experience preferable.
Special Competencies
- Engineering experience (FEED & EPC).
- Mechanical design, equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Job Specific Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in the application of process operation systems and technology in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Excellent understanding of any discipline engineering, including mechanical (static and rotating), piping, HVAC, and instruments.
- Understanding of process engineering principles.
- Drafting skills for EPC tender and contract conditions.
- Analytical thinking, knowledge for risk assessment, and presentation for improvement plan.
- Time management, multi‑tasking skills, and problem solving skills.
