Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in mechanical inspection, quality assurance, construction supervision, or related construction field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, building regulations, and international construction standards.
• Proficiency in technical documentation, blueprint reading, and CAD software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive judgments and recommendations.
• Proficiency with inspection software, digital documentation systems, and data management tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance audits and quality assurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural) ensuring compliance with UAE construction regulations and international standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and technical documentation, analyze findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise mechanical contractors and installation teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Verify mechanical systems functionality through testing and commissioning procedures and document results.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve mechanical issues and support project progress.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, test results, and compliance documentation for audits.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior inspectors and site personnel on procedures and standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance or replacement strategies.
