The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with strong communication, reporting and documentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication reporting and documentation skills.
• Good computer literacy including MS Office and basic engineering software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work independently or within a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical engineering activities, site inspections and equipment monitoring.
• Support preparation of technical reports, engineering documentation and material submissions.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, site teams and suppliers for project-related requirements.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and engineering files (physical and electronic).
• Support procurement by collecting technical data, specifications and supplier details.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and engineering procedures.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project progress.
• Assist with any additional tasks required by the engineering or project management team.
