Job summary

Workato is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for its team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The role focuses on designing mechanical systems, testing components, and evaluating existing installations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers, developing test plans and reporting findings. The candidate should have a Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience as Mechanical Engineer.
• Ability to design with CAD/CAM and develop test plans.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems and components using CAD/CAM software.
• Evaluate existing systems for effectiveness, reliability, safety and cost.
• Develop test plans and protocols.
• Create reports on test results.
• Troubleshoot existing systems and make improvement recommendations.
• Participate in technical reviews with colleagues or customers.
• Assist production staff with assembly issues or problems.
