Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction across IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB curricula, ensuring students achieve academic excellence and develop strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in classroom management, curriculum delivery, and student engagement, supported by a PGCE qualification and expertise in integrating ICT into teaching practices. Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and rigorous mathematics instruction aligned with IGCSE, A-Levels, and IB curricula.

  • Utilize ICT tools and digital platforms to enhance teaching effectiveness and student interaction.
  • Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to reporting and review processes.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that supports academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross‑curricular projects and participate in departmental meetings and professional development.
  • Support students in preparing for external examinations, including IELTS, and guide them in academic planning and career pathways.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE, A-Levels, or IB Mathematics programs.
  • Proven expertise in classroom management and student engagement strategies.
  • Strong command of ICT tools and digital learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, LMS, interactive whiteboards).
  • Valid IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (for Arab nationals, Western nationals, or native English speakers only).
