Qualifications

A well‑established school in Al Ain is seeking a dedicated and qualified Mathematics Teacher to deliver high‑quality math instruction and foster analytical and problem‑solving skills among students. The ideal candidate will use modern teaching strategies to make math engaging and accessible to learners at different levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Planning: Design and deliver structured curriculum‑aligned lessons covering core mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, statistics and arithmetic.

• Interactive Instruction: Use real‑life examples, visual aids, digital tools and group activities to enhance student understanding and engagement.

• Assessment & Evaluation: Regularly assess student performance through quizzes, assignments and exams; provide constructive feedback.

• Individual Support: Identify students’ learning needs and adapt teaching strategies to ensure all learners progress effectively.

• Classroom Management: Create a focused, respectful and safe classroom environment conducive to academic success.

• Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about students’ academic progress and behavioral development.

• Professional Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers and school staff to support cross‑disciplinary learning and academic events.

• Standards Compliance: Adhere to ADEK teaching standards, school policies and safety protocols.
