Qualifications

• At least 2 years current/recent Maternity Nursing experience (Antenatal, Postnatal, and baby care).
• Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial.

• Ensure patient safety by identifying and managing risks.
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences.
• Actively supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees.

Skills

Basic Arabic language skills

Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards

Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Education
