Material Handler Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Material Handler Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a material handler supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the efficient handling of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of material handlers to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all materials in stock.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Train new material handlers on proper handling techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure smooth flow of materials.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for material handling processes.
- Motivate and lead the team to meet productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Material Handler or similar role in a warehouse setting.
- Proven experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Indian languages is an advantage.
- Must have own visa or residence permit in UAE.
