Job summary

LEARN TO B HR CONSULTANCY L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled tailor for private household work in Sharjah. You will design, cut, sew, and tailor garments, with a focus on Abaya and Kandura styles, ensuring perfect fit and finishing for VIP clients.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in line with client preferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as tailor, master cutter, custom designer, etc.
• Strong expertise in designing and tailoring dresses
• Experience in Abaya and Kandura tailoring preferred
• Understand fabrics cuts patterns and garment constructions
• Carry out alterations and modifications with high attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a private household
• Work according to styles measurements and preferences of the VIP family
• Handle tailoring work independently and meet required timelines

Responsibilities

• Take accurate measurements and prepare patterns
• Handle cutting, stitching, alterations and finishing of garments
• Maintain and operate sewing machines and cutting tools
• Ensure excellent finishing, fitting and quality of garments
• Design and tailor dresses to VIP client specifications
