Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Mason for a full-time role with a major construction and facilities maintenance client. The candidate should be skilled in brick, stone and concrete work, able to read blueprints, and operate masonry tools safely and accurately.

You will work a 9-hour day, six days a week; accommodation, company transport, and UAE labour law benefits are provided. Gulf experience is preferred and joining is immediate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Mason, Gulf experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings.
• Basic English, Hindi, or Urdu communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and install bricks, stones, concrete blocks per specs.
• Construct walls, floors, foundations, arches from stone, brick, concrete.
• Mix, pour, and spread mortar or bind masonry units.
• Ensure proper alignment and leveling of structures during construction.
• Repair and replace damaged masonry structures.
• Work from blueprints or instructions by supervisors.
• Operate hand and power tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, drills, grinders.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide teamwork with site supervisors and other workers.
• Maintain and care for masonry tools and equipment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Masons to join a reputable construction and facilities maintenanceclient based in Abu Dhabi,UAE. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various masonry techniques and capable of handling tasks such as constructing, repairing, and maintaining brick, stone, concrete, and other types of structures. This role requires a strong understanding of construction plans, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to operate masonry tools safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Measure, cut, shape, and install bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other materials according to specifications.
  
• Construct walls, floors, foundations, arches, and other structures made of stone, brick, and concrete.
  
• Mix, pour, and spread mortar or other materials to bind masonry units together.
  
• Ensure the proper alignment and leveling of structures during construction.
  
• Repair and replace damaged masonry structures.
  
• Work from blueprints, drawings, or instructions provided by supervisors.

Requirements
