Mason - Construction Worker

As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural or artificial stones. You will work on a variety of construction projects such as buildings, walls, pathways, and other structures. Your main duties will include laying out patterns and designs for structures, mixing and applying mortar or grout to secure materials together, and using various tools to shape and cut materials according to specifications.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in masonry work and possess strong physical stamina. You must also have knowledge of different types of building materials and the ability to read blueprints or plans. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as even minor mistakes can compromise the integrity of a structure.

As a Mason, you will work with a team of construction workers under the supervision of a project manager. Therefore, good communication skills are necessary for this role. You should also be able to follow safety procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
